Classic English Motorcycles offers the following Returns Policy:

We do not accept any returns unless item is defective.

Classic English Motorcycles reserves the right to inspect the defective item before replacement item is sent.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If an item is defective upon arrival the Purchaser has 3 days to notify customer service by emailing customerservice@classicenglishmotorcycles.com. Defective items must be returned to us in original packaging. When defective item is received, we will send replacement parts as soon as possible at our cost at our discretion.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

If entire unit is damaged, Purchaser must inform us within 3 days. If product arrives damaged, save the product in the original packaging and notify us. We will in turn arrange a carrier inspection with the shipping company. Upon inspection by shipping company and after insurance claim is filed, a replacement part will be sent to you.

Note: It is very important to retain the original shipping packaging as all items are shipped to the customer with shipping insurance and carrier must inspect the original packaging in order to process the insurance claim.
